This week zoomed by so fast I cant even remember what
happened!! Like I said last week, I've been transferred to a new area,
still here in Matamoros Caled Industrial! Well its really big and Ive
already spent like 200 pesos on buses and taxis getting to
appointments.. so that's the downside but other then that I love it here! I love the Elders I'm with! My companion is Elder Adams from Loa
utah! hes got about 8 months in the mission!! Also I'm with Elder Hale
from St. George! He went to Dixie and he said that he knew who Kaylee
was! Hes about got a year this next month!! and his new companion is Elder Juarez, the companion I just had! anyways my area is like right up
against the border! there is a spot where you can see the other side
and like all of the security stuff from what my companion told me, so
hopefully I don't get tempted to make a run for it.. and on the 4th I saw
one fire work pop!!! Best 4th July show ever!
This week we
went and gave a blessing to a little girl that was sick and her mom then
gave us a reference of a family that were less actives that lived near
by. So we went after to go visit them and to see what was going on!
turned out that there was a nephew living with them that isn´t a member
so we ended up teaching him and gave him a baptismal date! after the
lesson the daughter was like, "elders I have a friend that is interested
in hearing our message" and then I got all excited because it isn't
very often here that we get references so we put down her address but
then after she was like "yeah and I have a friend that already wants to
be baptized!" and then my jaw dropped. haha I was like WHAT??? and its
true when we went and visited him for the first time, he was like "the
truth is I feel like I'm ready now to be baptized now!!" so we tried
putting it for this next Saturday
but he cant.. so were gonna have a baptism on the 18!! and he came to
church and everything yesterday! stayed for all three hours!

Berry. I'm sorry that I haven't rite to you but how was this week mine
was good and fun but it would of been better if you were here but you
are doing something better I wish that we could do that to gather that
would be really fun but I'm not old enough but I will some day and I
will be just like you but probably will go to a different place. And I
don't think kofi is yours cos Brody say kofi is his dog.
Hi miriah! I miss you so much! how was the cabin this week! I heard you
did great in the swimming lessons! Thats awesome! you are getting so
big!! And tell brody that kofi is my dog and will never be his! make
sure he knows that ok! I cant wait for you to go on a mission! its the
best thing in the world! make that a goal now that you want to serve and
it will be alot easier dicision when it comes! I love you and miss you
