This week the President took my last zone to all you can eat pizza for being the zone with the most baptisms! President is about done with his mission, i think hes heading out like the last week of this month! Him and his wife have done so much for us and I've learned a lot from them. I think that the greatest thing I've learned from him is knowing how to take the initiative. He has also taught me how to work smarter, and use my head. I think that I've been alright at working hard physically, but it goes better when your using your head. He always tells us that he gets paid to think. And he sure is one successful man. He has done a great job leading this mission to success with the fact that we are now the leading mission with baptisms in all of mexico. it has been a blessing having him as my mission president.
This week we baptized Dania! She is 16 years old and was a reference from her friend that just got baptized like a month ago! and now we are working with her mom and preparing her mom to be baptized as well! Its kinda like a chain, one baptism leads to more baptisms!! :)
My whole mission I've asked myself, "'why did you bring this huge HT Manuel" Because it is pretty big and just takes up a lot of space. but it been a great blessing these last couple weeks with Bronson being on HT and all, i decided that i would follow along and kinda relive that tour and remember all the great experiences in each place. I've found quite a bit of awesome talks. I read one that was by elder packer, not really sure what its called but its about sharing the gospel with others. He related it to Food, and how many people are spiritually starving and how we shouldn't be selfish and hog all the blessing to ourselves. you should all find it and read it because it pretty awesome! its the one that has to do with a pick nick. but I really hope that Brons is writing all his experiences and feelings down.
This area is Huge!! Like I don't know how many attend our home ward but this Sunday there was 200 in attendance, i felt like i was back home!! and about that, I'm super jealous that y'all went to the cabin!! haha can wait to get back there! cant wait to shoot shot guns again!!
